Vegan Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe is indeed vegan, and it is also one of the yummiest chocolate cookies you will ever meet. They have a thick and chewy brownie-like consistency with a thin crispy cookie crust. This recipe yields 8-9 supersized cookies. This recipe is a keeper, and it is sure to please any sweet tooth vegan or otherwise. Enjoy!!

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegan butter or coconut oil
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup (or more to taste) Dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter/oil and almond milk. Add dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda) and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips until well incorporated. Form into 8-9 cookies and bake on parchment paper lined cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
